The miscreations of a lifetime can surface as a thought, an emotion, a physical pain, or a knowing. There are simple techniques for releasing these miscreations the moment they surface. Any soul journey work we do, begins from the Heart, simply three breaths to get into the Heart Space. Once you are in the Heart and recognize the thought, emotion, or feeling, simply bring your awareness to it being within this golden light field as you let go of it.
This is where the next level of miscreations come up to be cleared. This one is actually easier to clear than the this-lifetime human stuff! The Light Field you are in with these three Rings, at some point, will open that miscreation space created throughout your entire universal existence. When this space becomes accessible, a Sun Activation comes through for you.
The Sun Activation is You igniting every cell of your being, until you are Light. You become a Sun. You, as a Sun, shine into this space of miscreation, transforming all… once the space clears, you stand as the True You, the Universal You. Human Soul, Embodied Light, like never before…

This is Brenda with the Elders Three here in service to each of you. In this time of shifts and changes, take three breaths to bring yourself into your sacred heart. First breath, connect into the heart of our beloved earth. Second breath, bringing your awareness to the beautiful light of creation that flows through you. As we move through our journey of life at this time, we are changing and shifting almost constantly. This is causing many old dramas, traumas, and emotions to surface to be released. These old energies may rise up like Old Faithful as out of control emotions, pains in the body or random thoughts.
As these energies rise, find a simple and easy way to release them.
This is the way that I have found to be the easiest and most effective in releasing.
As these energies come into your awareness, take a few moments to just be with this energy in whichever way it manifests within you.
Acknowledge it with love and then just be with it by placing your attention on it. That is it.
You are not trying to change it, or see where it came from, you are just being with this energy in love.
Do this for a few minutes at a time whenever it comes into your awareness. Always in love. Do this with those emotions that scare you, fear as an example.
Recognize it, acknowledge it, be with it and allow it to dissipate. This is a practice. It is not something you do once and you are done.
Same with odd pains in the body. Recognize the pain, acknowledge that you have a pain, be with the pain and follow the pain if it moves.
As we move forward on this amazing journey, there are some things that you just can’t bring along. Those old energies that cause you pain, both emotionally and physically are heavy bags to carry. Lighten your load. We are eternally grateful for your light upon our beloved earth.

Universal You- Sun Activation
Sacred Space of the Heart
Start out with three breaths.
First breath, the energy of Creation. Bring through body, let settle into heart.
Next breath, the energy of Earth, bring up and into the body, allow to settle into heart
Third breath, swirling and twirling the energy of Creation and Earth, dropping that into the Sacred Space of the Heart.
Stepping into the three Rings… the Golden Fire, Harmony, and Regeneration.
As you step into these Rings, imagine the golden light of creation coming down and encompassing whole body and energy body, and flowing down into the center of the Earth
In this space, we have come to the Universal You. Your Soul Light. Imagine in your body, every cell lighting up. Every cell becoming a Sun. Your whole body becoming the Sun.
Once you have become a Sun in this space of the three Rings, off to your right notice there is a rip, or a tear. Almost like a rip within the universe. Within that space, are your miscreations from all lifetimes, from across all time, space, and dimensions. Imagine shining your light, your Sun, as it goes in and changes all miscreations. As it is changed with that universal light, the rip is closed.
Coming back to you as the Sun.
This space. The Universal You. The space of you as that Sun.
Imagine bringing this back to your Heart. Imagine this energy you are in now, becoming a part of you, beginning with your Heart. And from that space, become aware of you. Become aware of that light shining within yourself, as you sit in your chair. Bringing that Universal You to you.

More than just bringing your soul light in, it is a connection. In that connection you have all the resources you need, if you want them.
Within this field, the soul is in charge, always. This energy field helps body mind and soul come into a balance.
Come into Harmony and Balance of cosmic growth, by connecting you the human, the mind, the body, to the space of the soul that is cosmic galactic universal. There is a surrender in that. It is a surrender into the soul light, as you become more fully in soul than ever been in any lifetime on this earth.
Things may not be easy in the beginning.
For some, it could be simple and easy, very individual.
If need grace and ease, will have it.
Not a choice on the human level.
But it is there. Again, the soul is in charge.
The Creation Story of the Regeneration Rings
In the spring of 2018 Bill and Slim first showed up with the Regeneration Ring.
Our dear friends at Dancing With Water, brought it to our attention in early June.

Brenda and I both saw the ring coming together. It was there, but were still taking steps to bring it through.
The Harmony Ring was another which took a few weeks to anchor into the physical. The Harmony had to be stepped down in frequencies and geometries to get here. The Golden Fire, on the other hand, was already here and waiting for us to become ready for it. The Regeneration creation story is even more different. It’s like it was in a higher space, just waiting. The Regeneration Ring seemed to exist on that plane which Brenda had been playing in for nearly a year… a super high space where the Universal You resides. The Universal You being that aspect of your soul, as it exists in this entire universe, tangibly.
It was this level that the Regeneration Ring was brought through from.
That space where your Universal You exists.
I still remember that day when Brenda arrived at this space. We were doing some high-level clearing work, and had to call in a council to assist. I watched as Brenda was taken into the tail of a comet by this council. Once she was inside of this comet, something happened with her to where she became a sun. I had seen her as a Sun, or rather becoming a sun, before. This was before the first of the newest Ascension Chambers was built. When the new Chamber was taken to New York for the 2018 Dowsing Convention, many people saw themselves being catapulted to a space, where they were a sun. A Creator. A Creator of a galaxy, or of a universe.
Back to the comet space… I witnessed Brenda go there a few more times, at one time, I saw her as a light body. A body that felt like it was her soul. It presented to me as being at a control panel, within this space. It was as if this was an aspect of her higher self that was overseeing her soul light within this universe.
Many shifts occurred during these times as well. Physical shifts. This is just the way we have worked for years… something happens with Brenda to gain our attention, and we bring our awareness to whatever it is. Usually has to do with clearing of dense energy and consciousness somewhere in another dimension within our universe. We hold space, do the activations and connecting for the beings, and all is well for the moment. And then our work for the Universe continues the next time around…

Ok, so we finally got some spark in the physical rings I had made! The energetic creation was ready, but could not be housed in my etheric template space. The origin point is more of a field, a space. Brenda kept seeing a big ball of energy. I could only see it as going up into a very high space then could see no more. We know that it is all healthful and beneficial, the origin space of the ring.
She had to pull it through from the space it was in, and then that light went down through my template space and into the physical rings. I still see them bright and dancing! Brenda had no words for them. I still see the light coming into and through the template space, from that higher space, and into the rings.
One of our co-authors had this to say, in this stage of the ring’s development:

Water made using the 3-ring set allows us to move further into transformation and healing. It prepares the physical body for higher frequency energy thus allowing more of our true self to be present in the physical realm. When used with pure, joyful intent, structure and balance (regeneration) can begin to emerge from the disconnection and chaos the human race has experienced for eons.
Brenda was also getting that drinking this water is bringing through… not the remembering, but the words elude her still. Basically the end results is bringing the physical body to the physical light body, whatever that is. By helping release vibrations to come more fully into the physical light body.
July, August, September, October… the months flew by.
We were waiting for our co-authors of the Ring to release the Harmonic Creation Field Trio before we jumped on board. At the time, I did not truly realize what we had. But then we began to notice that the rest of the tools had begun to transform. People were calling, saying that the Golden Fire tools were bringing in dark sticky energy. We would look, and it was only their stuff that was coming up, that the rings and templates were clean and clear. Then we realized after others called with the same issues, that the Golden Fire tools were bringing crap up from within the human unlike it ever had before. Our entire etheric templates were raised in frequency. They existed in an even higher space now.
Many transformations took place with all of us in the summer and into fall. I attributed a lot of shifts that I personally went through to the Regeneration Ring I carried in my back pocket. And they were not always pretty shifts, lol. Starting November and through December, so much conscious releasing work began to happen. It became necessary to release from moment to moment, as things came up…. Thoughts, emotions, programs, beliefs… all came up for releasing. Brenda had to come into the Studio and help us all with tools for releasing the gunk that constantly came up.
By this time, were had begun to experiment more with the Regeneration Rings. We all had pendants, though some would only wear them for short periods of time. I had collar rings made for each of us, that you could wear down over your head and rested on the shoulders like a giant necklace. This was an intense one… It took some time to get used to the intensity of it. Not many wore theirs.
The Regeneration Ring field was fully anchored into the shop. It was all around us. People were releasing, things were coming up to be cleared. Everything became transparent and surfaced for us all.
And during the time, Brenda and I began to work with all kinds of wild new things we had not seen before. Beings from other places in the universe where there was consciousness but no soul spark. Planets taken over by dense consciousness, dimensional spaces and corners of the Universe which seemed to be void of light… all reaching out and affecting us in this time and place. But understand, dear reader, this is just what we do, and how the Universe gets our attention onto these things. Do not fear what comes up. It’s just that we had not been called to take part in the high leveling clearing for some time. The space the ring brought through just opened a huge can of cosmic worms that needed some love, light, and compassion.
So, these are some of the reasons why it took so long for the rings to come out… we were not about to put anyone through these type of experiences until we knew we could make it through it!

Below is the unedited version of what came through from Brenda. Heimdahl is the protector of the Etheric tools, and he begins by showing the harmony and the golden fire energy, and how they encompass galaxies within. And then he holds up the RR and how it encompasses the entire universe, the light of the soul as it exists within the universe. Which makes sense, as when the RR first came in, it was from that higher space that Brenda had been playing in. That space that you are You as you exist throughout the Universe. The soul aspect of the Universal You. …all that you are in the universe.

Regeneration Rings
Heimdahl- sitting on a chair by a fire, showing rings as galaxies. RR 3x as big as others.
Within that space, where the rings are shown, the ring represents your soul within the galaxies.
Within the ring, soul in charge always. Energy is brought to you through the soul and through the ring to help body mind and soul come into a balance.
Coming into Harmony and Balance of cosmic growth, connecting you the human the mind the body to the space of the soul that is cosmic galactic universal.
There is a surrender in that. It is a surrender into the soul light.
This ring was brought into being through the soul Be-ing. That’s your guide. That’s part of this ring, bringing in that soul connection.
As move forward, some will be very content with this ring, or as a double or triple set. Very individual.
Your soul is in charge, so better watch out, lol
Earth, environment, plants, water… doing basically same thing as mind body soul.
Water to original blueprint. That divine blueprint. Inner most being of water.
Plants what they have become to what they are.
On this earth plane is what referring to. Bringing to its divine blueprint.
Physically effects water. As water comes back into its beingness. All the energies are released. Water carries everything that has ever happened to it within this earth plane. It becomes divine, soft, vibrant, alive again. Its like a human that’s lost connection… and watching them, how their chemistry and thought processes and whole beingness changes, so will it with water.
Things will not be easier in the beginning. For some, simple and easy, very individual.

Second, brining in who you are. You become your soul. Your body contains your universe, your star. In the physical it looks like a body. More fully in soul than ever been in any lifetime on this earth.
Then is bringing in who you are. We are then more fully in soul than have ever been in any lifetime on this Earth.

Within this space, opens up a tiny crack. This is the field of miscreations, all that which does not serve you. As this space is held open, you automatically receive an activation so you shine like the sun that you are. Your light fills this space, transmuting it all. The space naturally closes back up. It is this space, along with the human “stuff”, that has such profound effects and influences upon us at this now time.
…sending forgiveness, grace and peace to the world. Most of the miscreation doesn’t even realize it was miscreated in the first place; it was because we were asleep. Humanity is still quite asleep. But here inside this triple ring of light, we are standing in a place that is pure potential. – Aluna Joy
helps clearing out the old program and belief system, old traumas and dramas, and in that. As all that is cleaned out and cleared out, it brings in the soul light. And the true human, that is so connected in with the soul. The rings are not only helping with the cleaning and clearing and releasing, but bringing in that soul essence, vibration, being, the true you. Its stepping up your vibration, as the 3d world falls away.
Feels like with the 3, the power of the 3. With a single ring, do not get the changes. The power is with the three. Either 333 or harmony with gf and rr. Brings a balance.
There is no 5G Network. Chemtrails too are a miscreation of group manifestation. We move beyond this all.

Wow! That ring is beyond infinity (hmmm is there such a thing?) I can sense the enormous power that is in the centre of the ring – in fact, even now, looking at it, the hair on the back of my scalp is standing up, sending buzzing energy around the top of my head, the forehead part. The ring itself seems to lock together the physical and spiritual, binding them together in a beautiful dance. Can you just imagine speaking your intention into the centre, then ‘watching’ it circle around between the two strands of the ring, gaining power, gaining momentum then back to the centre where the energy flows to where your intention sends it! Doesn’t that feel full of potential? That’s just by looking at an image – how much more powerful would it be in reality!

My own observations as well…
I now realize how powerful the RR is… I have made a 26″ RR that have been sleeping with at the head of my bed the past 5 nights, while I’ve had a cold virus. Three of these nights it gave me such a headache, but had to leave it there and surrender. It was tough, but felt it was the right thing to do.
Brenda’s experience….. she has been wearing the three ring pendant for a few weeks. she too had a cold virus, and it got so bad one night that she thought she was just going to cross over. Then things shifted. Thoth was there holding space, and there were gears moving, she felt a shift, gears moved again, and then all the heaviness lifted. During the whole experience, she could not take the pendant off. It was helping with the transformations.
I really do feel this field is truly changing us, on every level.
There is one more important thing to share, and this is the most important aspect of using these new tools. Things will come up. Things from this lifetime, as if that was not enough, but also things from all that you have ever been or ever will be… And you must find a way to release them. There are many simply ways to do so. Some will see the thought or emotion that comes up as a butterfly, and watch it fly away. Some will carry a Ring with them, and when the programs, beliefs, thoughts, judgements, emotions, aches and pains come up, take out your ring and blow through it.
